• Prices shown are per metre. If you require half metres, please enter 0.5 for half a metre, 1.5 for 1.5 metres 2.25 for 2.25metres and so on.
• Please note the minimum order is 0.5 of a metre you are able to place any amount from this, ie: 1.15, 0.55 etc.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 24/48 hours. 
• The prices on our website are online prices only, some items may be differently priced in the shop, to get the online prices you have to purchase through the website.
• Please note we do not accept return of any fabric cut to your specifications i.e cut from a roll to your length, this does not affect your statutory rights. We advice you to request a sample prior to ordering, if you are unsure.
• As dye batches change shades can vary slightly from roll to roll.
• Please note from time to time we may substitute for a like for like fabric, with full guarantee to refund on the said item if it is unsuitable.
• If you are unsure of a fabric, please send a s.a.e for a sample to check suitability first.
• Please note fabric can shrink during laundry.
• All our fabrics are checked by quality control before dispatch.
• Please note in the unlikely case a product is faulty a claim must be made within 14 days from order.
• Please note that no responsibity is taken once the fabric as been cut.
• In the unlikely event that we can not fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you from there.
• Any typographical error or emission on our site shall be corrected without any liability to us.
• The images are taken for the website and in no way constitute an exact image of the product.
• We are not accountable for any delay in delivery due to our couriers.
• All payments go through sage pay a SSL secure payment gateway which encrypts your details, making sure your card details are safe.
• From time to time we may send you e-mails containing offers and other information which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such communications please e-mail theremnanthouse@aol.com and ask to be removed from our mailing list.
• We offer free postage to UK addresses on orders over £50, please note that the free postage is deducted as a discount of £4.50 off your fabric total, postage will show as being added, but it has already been deducted from your goods.
• Please note the least amount sellable is 0.5 metre, from then on you may order in whatever quantity required.
• Please note at no point will we contact you for any card details, if you receive any such communications please let us know.

SAMPLES

We can send 5 samples free of charge, all we ask for is a stamped addressed envelope sending to The Remnant House, 26 Commercial Street, Harrogate, HG1 1TY. Please note we are unable to send samples if you just supply the ART number we need the fabric name also.

Delvery is Free for orders over £50 in the UK.
