Now the nights are getting lighter and the sun is at last shining, it is putting us all in the mood here at The Remnant House for some sewing.

One thing that is looking very popular this Spring are the printed cottons poplins, http://www.remnanthouse.co.uk/cotton_poplin.php beautiful floral and spring designs, that make up beautifully into lovely summer dresses.

Its been a while since our last blog, all has been busy here, we have had lots and lots of new fabric’s in, we have had  new Rose and Hubble Tana Lawns and only £6.99 per metre, also plenty of Rose and Hubble Cotton poplins and these are only £4.99 per metre, all will make into wonderful outfits, also for craft uses, I have seen lots of pretty bunting being made this year.

We have just put on over 120 clearance craft/quilting fabric’s on, RRP of £10.99 we have managed to get a really good deal, so are offering these at only £7.99 per metre.

Lots of Christmas fabric is coming in, I am not going to talk too much about these as it’s far too early, but I know lots of you are already starting on projects.

It has amazed me and the wonderful designs that have been produced by Makower, Benartex, Beresfords Ribbons etc, with so many to choose from I have found it hard to choose.
